Tattoo process from start to finish.

TITLE:Tattoo & Graphic Designer, Social Media, Management, Photographer

TIME: 2026

DUTIES: Designed custom tattoo artwork, merchandise graphics, and social media assets while managing client consultations, pricing estimates, and scheduling. I collaborated directly with clients to translate ideas into final designs, and captured photo and video content during tattoo sessions to produce Reels and TikToks while managing social media accounts for the shop, owners, and artists.

CONSULTS: Conducted in-depth client consultations to develop custom tattoo designs, meeting one-on-one to discuss concept, placement, size, style, and references. Took detailed notes, measured the specific body area for accurate proportions, and sketched directly on the body to visualize flow and composition. Provided clear price estimates based on design complexity, time, and tattoo scope.

TATTOO DESIGN:After consultations, I used detailed notes and client references to create custom tattoo designs tailored to their body, placement, and style. I developed illustrations in Photoshop and Procreate, refining composition and line work for precision. Designs were then printed on Epson stencil printers and prepared as accurate stencils, ensuring seamless transfer and execution on the client’s skin.

SOCIAL MEDIA:At my job, I would document ongoing tattoos through both photography and videography, capturing every stage of the process with attention to detail. Using this content, I would craft engaging reels, TikToks, and Instagram posts that highlight the artistry and progression of each tattoo, creating visually compelling social media content that draws in viewers and promotes the studio’s work.

*For clarity, I don’t tattoo and only created the design*

Consultation and concepts happen first.

After approval I print the stencil.

Upon completion I draw it in photoshop.

It is checked one final time.

Tattoo artist (not me) begins tattoing.

Near complete tattoo, shading and text touch up still to be done.
