DUTIES: Designed custom uniforms, logos, and web ads while managing five printers and creating new products. I worked in Adobe Illustrator, Wasatch, and Versaworks, and operated Roland vinyl printers along with Epson models F9470, F9470H, F9370, and F9200 to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
PRESENTATIONS: The process begins with client presentations detailing styles, colors, and sports. Teams can choose stock uniforms (basic package), custom designs (unique designs for their team) and the “Play Like a Pro” designs) featuring their logo in varied colors and optional replica hats).
LOGO DESIGN: Teams would also request logo designs. In one case, the focus was Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with several logo options created alongside T-shirts intended for boosters and parents.
PRINTING: Duties also included preparing files, managing layout, and overseeing printing. Designs were created in Adobe Illustrator and printed with Epson dye-sublimation printers using Wasatch, ensuring accurate sizes and high-quality results.
